Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rainbow Kids Preschool parent portal ("the Portal") at app.rainbowkidsripley.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

2. Who May Use the Portal

The Portal is intended for use by parents and legal guardians of children currently enrolled in or applying to Rainbow Kids Preschool, and by authorized school staff and the school director. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purposes. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Attempt to access accounts, records, or areas of the Portal you are not authorized to view
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful content
• Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Portal
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through the Portal is accurate and up to date. This includes contact details, emergency contacts, medical and allergy information, and authorized pickup lists. Inaccurate information may affect your child's safety and care.

5. Payments

Tuition and fee payments made through the Portal are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting a payment, you authorize Rainbow Kids Preschool to charge the amount shown. All payments are subject to the school's enrollment and payment policies.

Card processing fees, where applicable, are disclosed before payment is confirmed. Cash and check payments may be arranged directly with the school.

6. Electronic Documents and Signatures

Forms signed electronically through the Portal have the same legal effect as paper signatures. By signing a form electronically, you confirm that you have read and understood its contents and that you are authorized to sign on behalf of your child.

7. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional communications from the school through the Portal, including payment confirmations, reminders, and enrollment notices. You may update your notification preferences from your account profile at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and software of the Portal are the property of Rainbow Kids Preschool or its service providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Portal without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rainbow Kids Preschool does not guarantee that the Portal will be error-free, continuously available, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rainbow Kids Preschool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

11. Account Termination

The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the Portal. Parent accounts are also deactivated when a child's enrollment concludes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from use of the Portal shall be resolved in the courts of Tippah County, Mississippi.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
